We do ask that you honour all bids made. A bid is a legally binding contract to purchase that item.

Contact must be made within 3 days after purchase, preferably by using the Checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days. Payment not recieved within this time will result in NPB warning being filed and negative feedback being left in due course.

We prefer to be paid by Paypal as it is the quickest and safest form of payment.

We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders.

Please do not send cash unless it is absolutely necessary and by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for cash lost in the post.

Items are sent by either Royal Mail, Fed Ex, or Business Post.

Unless otherwise stated, please allow 3-5 working days for UK orders and 7-10 working days for overseas orders. We will notify you of any delays experienced from our end. 90% of our UK orders are sent next day.

All items are sent by insured/trackable post.

We offer a 7 day return policy on all unopened products. Please contact us first for a returns number.

We will exchange or refund any items damaged in transit. Please contact us first.

Sorry we have to include this bit but there are still some non payers out there, who spoil it for the rest of us. New ebayers are normally our culprits so please be courteous & contact us to let us know when & how you will be paying and please get payment to us within 7 days.

Any non payers will first receive a payment reminder, then a non paying bidder will be filed with ebay so we can claim back our costs from ebay. 3 non paying bidder warnings will result in ebay suspending your account. Finally negative feedback will be left.

We also reserve the right to cancel any bids if we feel it is likely that we will not receive payment from you.

Feedback is a great way of showing us and other ebayers that you are happy with the service provided. Please do leave us feedback so we know you have received your goods and they have not got lost in post. Please use feedback wisely. If you have any problems whatsoever please contact us first and give us the chance to resolve it (We don't bite :0)

Please don't just leave negative feedback without giving us a fair chance to resolve problems. In such cases we will be forced to leave negative feedback in return.
